　　醋的主要成份是醋酸，還含有少量的氨基酸、有機酸、糖類、維生素B1、B2等。在溫熱的洗發(fā)水中，加少許醋，洗頭后會感覺格外涼爽、舒適，頭發(fā)會柔順挺多，還有能減少頭皮屑。

　　怎樣用醋洗頭?用醋洗發(fā)時，可先用洗發(fā)水洗一遍頭發(fā)，然后再用醋和溫水兌過的溫水漂洗一下頭發(fā)，大約10～20分鐘后，再用清水沖洗，醋和溫水稀釋的比例大約為1∶10。但要注意的是，醋的材料最好使用酸性比較小的，比如蘋果醋或米醋，陳醋刺激性過強，應慎用。同時，漂洗時一定要讓頭發(fā)均勻地浸透，這樣洗出來的頭發(fā)光澤度也才均衡。

　　抑制頭屑：有些女孩子頭皮屑多，各種去屑洗發(fā)液都不管用。可在每晚睡覺前，用1∶1的食醋和清水在頭皮屑生長處涂濕，輕輕揉搓發(fā)根部，10分鐘以后，用清水洗凈。這樣做可以抑制頭皮屑過多生成，并可以最終根治。用加入食醋的溫水洗發(fā)也有效果。
